The conference features a poster session for participants to present their ideas, on-going researches, and/or published results in areas covered by the 12 symposia. Posters will be displayed for the whole duration of the conference. A two-hour poster session is scheduled in the afternoon of the second day (June 21, 2014). We encourage all participants, in particular, junior researchers and graduate students, to submit and present posters. The (maximum) poster size is 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width).
Deadline: May 20, 2014
The deadline for submission of poster abstracts is May 20, 2014. Late abstracts will appear as printed pages inserted into the conference program; and the titles and authors of late abstracts will not appear in the program index.
How to submit
You can upload your abstract when registering for the conference; or, after you have registered and obtained an ICBP2014 account, you can log into your account to upload/change your abstract. If you plan to submit more than one abstracts, pleas email the additional abstracts to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please use the template form to submit your abstracts. The template form is an MS Word document, which allows for approximately 225 words of abstract text at 10-pt font size OR 325 words at 8-pt font size. All abstracts that conform to the specified recommendations will be reviewed for presentation at the conference. If you have questions (e.g., if your version of MS Word is unable to read the provided MS Word template), email email@example.com, preferably well before the May 20, 2014 deadline. Failure to follow the explicit instructions in the template form will result in the need of format modifications and could possibly delay your abstract submission such that it does not meet the deadline for publication in the conference program.
